I read a book recently (and I have already forgotten the name of it) by Gaines S. Dobbins. He wrote:
"Six major factors determine what we become: 1) What we believe; 2) What and how we think; 3) What we read; 4) What we hear; 5) What we do; and 6) How we feel."
Here is a question for you: Since those six factors determine what you become, shouldn't you begin to control those factors in your life so that you can have a say in your future? Just wondering?
